Terms Of Service

By connecting and registering to our websites or logging into our server "Endeavor718", you agree to abide by all rules and follow directions from all staff members, in addition to the terms below.

Purchases: All donations/purchases are all completely optional. By donating or purchasing a product of Endeavor718, you agree to the Terms of Service, and by doing so you will not have any authority or power over the Terms of Service. If you break the Endeavor718 rules or the Terms of Service, your product or service purchased may be revoked without refund.

Termination and Suspension of Access: Players found violating the Terms of Service may find their accounts or IP addresses restricted or eliminated from the Endeavor718 Server Network and related websites. This includes, but is not limited to, the Endeavor718 Game Server and any other affiliated websites/servers. In addition, staff retain the right to kick you, ban you, or block your access to the the server or any other affiliated websites or services for any other reason, without explanation or warning. In particular, players found repeatedly asking questions covered by the FAQ may be banned without further warning. While players may appeal their bans as a courtesy, server staff retain the right to revoke any request for a ban appeal.

Prohibited Behavior: By joining the Endeavor718 server or creating an account on any related website, you agree to not:
Use or encourage others to use the Endeavor718 server or related websites for any illegal purpose.
Impersonate any Endeavor718 Staff members in the game or on any other web site.
Make unsolicited or inappropriate offers, advertisements or proposals for goods, services or other commercial activities that are not related to the Endeavor718 server.
Interfere with any security-related features of the Endeavor718 server or related websites.
Harass members or guests of the Endeavor718 websites.
Engage in any other conduct prohibited by Staff and or Rules.
Release or distribute server access information without Staff consent.

General: You agree to hold harmless the Endeavor718 server/website and staff, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, and all other persons acting under Endeavor718’s or staff’s authority or those for whom they are acting, from any liability resulting from: your usage of the Endeavor718 server or affiliated websites or other services. Any usage of content you have submitted or created as defined above, or any changes or modifications made thereto. Staff retain the right to modify these terms at any time without warning. You agree that these terms are binding upon you and your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, in perpetuity.

Refund Policy: All sales are final, you may not buyback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have been paid. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued play on the server/forums and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. We reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back.
